Shane West suits up in John Varvatos for a fashion spread in Men's Health's March issue. Here's what the 33-year-old Nikita star, who modeled dressed up and dressed down looks for the mag, had to share: On his go-to piece: “[My vintage leather cap] really makes an ensemble sometimes. It can work with everything from jeans to a suit.” On feeling more comfortable dressed up: “I can get in and out of a suit a lot quicker than I used to, and I feel a lot more at ease in one now. At 32, it feels like the perfect time for me to adopt this style.” On dressing age appropriate: “I did that [ripped jeans] more when I was younger; now I save my casual jeans for appropriate occasions. I'm a little more conservative now.” On learning from classic films: “I buy any movie I don't know anything about, from 1940s flicks to current ones. Black and white. Subtitles.
