維基上的《Vamps》介紹
Alicia will next appear in director Amy Heckerling's vampire film, "Vamps" with Sigourney Weaver and Krysten Ritter, where she will play one of two vampires who fall in love and must face a choice that could jeopardise their immortality. She was offered the role after director Amy Heckerling came to see her in "Time Stands Still".
Alicia Silverstone VAMPS It Up with CLUELESS Director Amy Heckerling
Does anyone remember Alicia Silverstone, or for that matter director Amy Heckerling? It seems like forever since we’ve heard from of either of the main forces behind Clueless (and admit it, you love that movie too), but now they’re reuniting and – like just about everyone else in the movie world – they have vampires in mind.
Hit the jump to find out exactly what they’re cooking for Vamps, and who will be Silverstone’s female co-lead.
Silverstone is set to star in a new romantic comedy of sorts called Vamps, which is being written and directed by Heckerling, who also directed Fast Times at Ridgemont High back in the day. According to a press release, Vamps, “tells the modern-day tale of two young beautiful female vampires living the good nightlife in New York until love enters the picture and each has to make a choice that will jeopardize their immortality.” Joining Silverstone as the other lead vamp will be Krysten Ritter, perhaps best known thus far to CW fans for her work on the final season of Gilmore Girls, Gia on the much-missed Veronica Mars.
Does the world need yet another movie about vampires in love? Almost certainly not, but SIlverstone and Heckerling back together again is still but nothing but good news to me. What say you?

Alicia Silverstone And Clueless Director Amy Heckerling Reuniting!
We all fell in love with Alicia Silverstone on some beautiful day in 1995, whenever we first saw Clueless and said to ourselves, "Man, this movie should have been dumb, but instead it is amazing." Since then Silverstone hasn't e"xactly had the career she deserved, showing up in random movies like Stormbreaker and attempting a TV series in Miss Match. Same goes for the director Amy Heckerling, whose last film I Could Never Be Your Woman went straight to DVD.
Could a reunion be the key for them both? I hope so! News broke today that Silverstone will star for Heckerling in Vamps, a comedy about two female vampires living in modern-day New York City and loving it, until both fall in love and must make choices about their immortality. Co-starring with Silverstone will be Krysten Ritter, who popped up in Confessions of a Shopaholic and 27 Dresses but will have her first starring role here.
There are a couple of red flags on this, from the already tired vampire thing to the fact that movies about dating and romance in Manhattan almost always turn out terribly (see Confessions of a Shopaholic). But Amy Heckerling and Alicia Silverstone gave us a wonderful, wonderful movie 15 years ago, and we owe it to them to have faith.

Alicia Silverstone Set for Amy Heckerling's Vamps
It seems that the director and star of a hit 90s teen comedy will be teaming up on a new film project. Screen Daily is reporting that Clueless star Alicia Silverstone and director Amy Hecklerling have come together for Vamps.
The story revolves around two young female vampires in New York City, who both have new romantic interests in their lives and must face a decision that could put their immortality at stake. Silverstone and Krysten Ritter will star as the vampires.
Principal photography is set to begin on the film in April.

Alicia Silverstone & Amy Heckerling Reunite for 'Vamps'
Remember that upcoming vampire comedy from Amy Heckerling called Vamps, which started cooking back in November? The one that will focus on two sassy, young girl vamps living it up in New York until love threatens their cushy lifestyle and immortality? The one that Heckerling was trying to rope Michelle Pfeiffer into? Well, now it's not just Krysten Ritter's big-screen starring breakout, but also a pretty big Clueless reunion. Screen Daily reports that Alicia Silverstone will star opposite Ritter in the film, bringing her back to the Heckerling fold 15 years after she gained fame as the perfectly-dressed, makeover-loving, road menace Cher in Clueless.
Now Vamps has double as much to prove. Silverstone hasn't had a notable gig since Blast From the Past in 1999, randomly popping up in short-lived television stints and flicks like Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. Meanwhile, Heckerling's two post-Clueless films didn't come close to the same cult fame (Loser and I Could Never Be Your Woman). From the depths of Fast Times and Clueless fandom, I so want this to work. But the rose-colored glasses of fan love can only take me so far. Do we need another airheaded girl comedy? Perhaps it won't be, but between the character histories of both stars, Heckerling's own work, and the plot of two vampires jeopardizing their immortality for love, the chance of goofy floof is high.
What do you think? Will this be the next Heckerling classic, or another flop on the forgotten pile?
